Reach out by phone, email, or our contact form. Describe what’s happening with your grill and send photos if you can — the more we can see, the better. Based on your description and photos, we’ll assess what’s likely wrong and what parts may be needed, all without an in-person visit.

Once we’ve identified what needs to be replaced, we’ll check parts availability and cost and get back to you with a clear price. No surprises — work only goes ahead once you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the quote.

After your approval, we order the necessary parts and schedule a day that works for you. In most cases, the cleaning and the repair happen on the same visit — so your grill comes out clean and fully restored in one go.

On the day of your appointment, we carry out both the cleaning and the repair together. Before we leave, we test everything to confirm it’s working correctly.
Sometimes we arrive for a cleaning and notice an issue the client wasn’t aware of. In that case, we’ll let you know on the spot. Depending on what’s needed, we can either order parts and return on a separate day to install them, or arrange for parts to be delivered directly to you — straightforward replacements can often be done by the homeowner themselves, and we’re always available to come back if you’d prefer we handle the installation.
